Academy of Asian Business Review (AABR), selected as a KCI (Korea Citation Index) journal
We are happy to announce that our journal, Academy of Asian Business Review (AABR) has been selected as a KCI (Korea Citation Index) journal, KCI CANDIDATE, based on the recent evaluation by National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF).
As you may knows, KCI is aimed at "the quality growth of academic research, the breakthrough of research capacity and the leading to world-class levels of domestic academic journals as well as the data calculated by KCI can be used as a basis for selection of research investment areas and planning of research strategies."
This means that your research (research paper or case studies) published in AABR will be indexed by KCI and linked with the globally famous DBs such as SSCI, SCI, and Scopus. As a result, your research in AABR will get strong support from KCI to be disseminated and available to the global network of researchers around the world.
The recent selection of AABR as a KCI journal is a remarkable feat given the fact that It only started about two years ago; The first issue appeared on June 30, 2015. We strongly believe that it will lay a strong foundation as a jumping board to growing into a world-class level index such as SSCI and Scopus. We further believe that the time will come sooner than we thought because we see that the libraries of world top universities such as Cambridge, Stanford, NYU, Penn State, have already been recommending AABR to their faculty members and students who are interested papers or cases about Asian businesses and consumers. AABR is also featured in SUNCAT, Serials Union Catalogue for the UK research community, delivered by EDINA on behalf of Jisc. SUNCAT enables researchers, students, librarians and others to locate serials held in libraries across the UK. To name a few, London School of Economics and Political Science and Manchester University are the members of SUNCAT, to whom AABR is served for their faculty and students' research.
To meet the need of these renowned institution, AAB will dedicate itself to publish top-quality papers and cases particularly in the areas of Asian businesses and consumers.
